We are expert in the assessment of human movement and posture, and qualified to treat any condition that affects your muscles, joints or nerves.

Common problems that can be helped by our physiotherapists include:

Spinal Problems – including stiff, painful joints, prolapsed discs, degeneration, sciatica, lumbago, stiff/painful neck, whiplash, joint dysfunction with referred arm and leg pain.

Joint Problems – Arthritis, inflamed cartilage, ligament injuries, pain/swelling/stiffness in joints such as; shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles and feet.

Injuries – to muscles, ligaments, cartilage and tendons and to work related conditions, such as, Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI), tennis / golfer’s elbow.

Sports Injuries –  All sports-related injuries including strains, sprains and tears and bruising to muscles and soft tissue.

Pain Management – a holistic approach to the management of long-term chronic pain problems such as chronic low back pain, M.E, Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis.

Muscle Imbalance – Including poor posture and muscular and core stability re-education

Neurological Conditions – Such as stokes, head injuries, nerve injuries, and M.E.

After Surgery – Rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgery, including  hip and knee replacements, Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) reconstruction, arthroscopies or general physiotherapy after surgery.

Headaches and Migraines – often due to stress and tension in the upper neck and shoulder muscles which we can help relieve.
